Abak Enterprises wants customers to feel confident when subscribing to our Website Maintenance Plan through DigitalSpawn.com. This policy explains when refunds are available and how recurring subscriptions may be canceled.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are a new Website Maintenance Plan subscriber and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund of your initial subscription payment within 30 calendar days after that payment. This guarantee applies only to the first payment for your first Website Maintenance Plan subscription.
To request a refund, contact us via email at pro@digitalspawn.com. Please include the name and email address associated with your subscription, the website covered by the plan, the payment date, and a brief statement requesting a refund. We may ask for reasonable information needed to locate and verify the payment.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on PayPal, your bank, or your payment provider. Abak Enterprises does not control delays caused by those providers.
Renewals
The Website Maintenance Plan renews monthly until canceled. Renewal payments are non-refundable once charged, including when the services or included support hours are not fully used during that billing period. Unused support time does not roll over and has no cash value unless DigitalSpawn expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund a payment already made. To avoid the next charge, complete your cancellation through PayPal or contact Abak Enterprises before your next scheduled billing date. Your maintenance coverage will continue through the end of the period already paid for unless a refund of that payment is issued.
After cancellation or refund, Abak Enterprises may stop monitoring, updating, securing, troubleshooting, or otherwise maintaining the website. The customer remains responsible for arranging continued website maintenance, security, backups, hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, and related services.
Exclusions
The 30-day guarantee does not apply to renewal payments, one-time services, custom development, third-party fees, hosting, domains, software licenses, premium plugins, paid themes, advertising charges, or other purchases outside the Website Maintenance Plan. Any refund terms for those items will be stated separately.
Abak Enterprises may deny a refund request involving fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or repeated enrollment intended to obtain services without payment. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable law.
