What's included

  • Update WordPress, plugins, and WooCommerce template files.
  • Handle minor errors reported in PHP, WordPress, Browser Console,and Server logs.
  • Run malware and virus scanning with cleanup as needed.
  • Provide server administration and troubleshooting with support escalation through Server Support when needed.
  • Manage SSL updates.

Maintenance covers routine, repeatable tasks only. Support is capped at 5 hours total per month. Work beyond that is billed separately.
